Night Driving Lesson
A two-hour lesson after dark in a dual-control automatic. Headlights, glare and judging distance at night, and the time counts towards the 15 night hours in your logbook.
Night driving lessons in northern Adelaide and the Barossa
Every SA learner needs at least 15 night hours in their logbook. Driving in the dark is different, and it helps to learn it with an instructor before you rack up those hours at home.
What you'll practise
Using high and low beam, and when to dip your lights
Handling glare from oncoming cars
Judging speed and distance when you can see less
Unlit country roads around Gawler and the Barossa, including watching for wildlife
Two hours gives you time to get used to the dark, then drive a mix of suburban and main roads.
